You seem really anxious ... so, here's a work-around that serves me well enough.

You must first have one of the PDF print drivers install .. DoPDF or PDFCreator or CutePDF, etc.

As you are displaying the PowerPoint PPS or PPT on-screen (using MS PowerPoint Viewer or MS Office (if you have it): Right-click on the screen and choose to PRINT, opting for your PDF Print Driver. This will result in a PDF file.

Next, using your handy FoxReader (PDF Reader) to present each picture you desire, use the FoxReader option of dragging open a snapshot area of that picture to SAVE it someplace.

Hopes this works for you. Not aware of any freebie that will discretely extract all pix at once from a PPT/PPS file.
