recover tray icons

Hi,
sometimes after explorer crashes many programs don't restore their own icon, so I'm wondering if someone knows of a program that does it in their place. I know it suffices to disconnect but sometimes I have open programs, plus it takes a while to reopen the account so I'd like to avoid it.
