I have not installed or checked this in any way. It requires installation and has a small file size.
What caught my eye about this one is this paragraph from the pdf help file:

==================
A very secure encryption method is also used (256-bit AES encryption). Files are both compressed & encrypted, which results in a smaller file.
Password protected.
Will encrypt single files or all files in a folder. Very simple to use interface.
Can be used on a USB key.
Fully Unicode enabled so filenames in any language can be encrypted. Fits on a floppy disk.
Files can be opened and decrypted using WinZip 9 (provided the correct password is used).

Hmm, thanks.

I tend to worry when websites say "Military grade encryption" as if that means anything. Military secrets often have a short life. After all, everyone knows the target when you've just dropped your bombs on it.
They don't include the source code, so there's no way to check for errors in implementation.

There's some concern that AES might be vulnerable to "side channel" attacks. This means that windows software might be more vulnerable.
If they managed to implement it properly AES 256 bits is a good choice; it's got lots of approval and has been thouroughly tested.
