I have mentioned Tray Wizard in several posts recently, but on checking the URL I had bookmarked it seems to have changed to a forum site in Polish. The correct URL for Tray Wizard now seems to be http://www.softandco.com/a/4004/tray-wizard.html === Frank Bohan ¶ The grass is always greener on the other side of your sunglasses.

I couldn't find a good download link at the above URL.
AFAIK the home page is long gone. See:
