Please explain how a keygenerator for a paid-for application can be considered a legitimate freeware application/utility ? |

They KeyGenerator itself is presumably free - hence freeware  The fact that it is used for nefarious purposes is completely irrelevant to its "freeness".
PS:- however i suspect that it is not completely gratis and might come with a free trojan or two.
