Active Keys is a tool for creating and managing keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys). It allows to perform a lot of actions with a single keystroke. Using system wide hotkeys you can control CD Audio, Winamp, Windows Media Player, sound volume, display resolutions and colors, open documents and websites, start programs, send emails, start screen saver, perform a lot of windows manipulations, type current time and/or date, or you can associate any text with the hotkey and paste it anytime with a single keystroke, and more.
